Clever plot is buried beneath layers of long drawn out stupidity. I will admit that I actually laughed at something Birmingham said ("I'll do it, but my heart isn't in it."), which probably makes me a horrible person. That ending, though, with him coming towards the camera. What the hell?

The mysteries continue to be okay, but Roland Winters blundering around trying to be Charlie Chan takes away so much of the effect. I swear, Mantan Moreland would really be a more credible Chan at this point!
