Moore Marriott & Graham Moffatt are like a two blind mice without Will Hay. They're still the best thing in Cheer Boys Cheer (1939) and was criminally underused, as the producers decided to focus on everything else then the comedy with a romance heavily in the center. Sort of visionless with some decent performances in there.
