Far and away the most uncomfortable documentary I have ever watched, and I am a cynical prick that hates people, to say nothing of beggars and children. If I was left deeply disturbed, God knows how decent folk like yourself will feel... How the hell can this be going on anywhere at any time in any so called civilized society?

What really gets me in the gut is that these children are invisible at every level of the system, from passers-by walking past them as if they're not there to their government sweeping them under the carpet. A discarded generation who, deep down, just want to be kids--for all their posturing as adults. Heart-wrenching stuff.

So tragic, so heart breaking. It was very difficult to watch those children having a tough life on the streets..

This is an important film, but I have to warn you: it may just be the most achingly sad thing you'll ever watch. Also, if you're at all prone to random bouts of charitable donation, you might as well ready your browser by going to GiveWell now because viewing this is going to be deleterious to your bank account.

Upsetting.

Relentlessly grim study of several children living in seemingly hopeless situations in a Bucharest subway station. There are obvious questions about the ethics of filming such material impartially and without intervention, but this is essential viewing that makes one despair at what so-called humanity is still capable of.

Damn. Gut-wrenching documentary about the lives of kids living on the streets trying to make it through their lives.
