Choose or Die

couldn’t help but get wrapped up in the entire thing. From the really bizarre intro with the family, to the fucked up drug dealer landlord and mostly the weird electro cyber punk stuff not only from the soundtrack but the designs of the game itself. Very much seems like they got the dude from the prodigy to do the music and built it out from there. Sort of insane weird pseudo history shtick. It’s very obviously saw inspired and all the consequences that come with that

Interesting concept and effects, but it was cheesy had some plotholes.

Interesting base idea, but too tame and incoherent, it doesn't reach its potential. Plus the kind of warped idea of the 80s is baffling. In the end it makes no sense

A student film that somehow made it to Netflix. There is almost an interesting idea here and there. Almost.

I'm totally ok with its sleazy vibe and the whole concept basically relying on "reality is cursed" or some shit like that. Problem is everything feels flat, poorly imagined and derivative on screen -- literally like a late Saw sequel made in the 80s.

Everything is there for a great film, but it sort of fizzles out.

An interesting idea and a cool, moody atmosphere keeps this film entertaining. Yeah, it's a little convoluted and tries to get too clever with its woke horror angle, but it's a decent flick overall.

Fuck the 80s?

Jumanji meets horror movie. Short, low budget, good ideas, and a respect for 80s tech and video game of that era.

Interesting concept for the last level/boss battle. Sadly, the film is a mess.
