This guy shouldn't write his movies the characters suck and all they have going is how they use fuck as filler, just hurry up and kill them Robot Santa... Don't be silly. A robot Santa would be absurd. This is a Japanese character called "Annual Gift Man."

I've now seen every film from Joe Begos and I've found most of them entertaining but to me, at least his films are fun, disposable trash. This was entertaining yet forgettable.

I love this thing. It is so much fun. Reminded me of an 80s film. A cross between The Terminator, Silent Night Deadly Night, and Class of 1999

This has the look, feel and score of an 80s movie. Plenty of gore and mayhem in this flick, Riley Dandy was great as the hero.

It certainly has its moments -- some of the murders are cool, the neon-colored cinematography, synt-based score provide some 80s charm --, but for a 86 min flick, it runs out of steam way too early and fast -- it has like 50 finales because the killer Santa refuses to die and this should be fun, not boring. Classic example of nicely straightforward concept, hit-or-miss execution.

Loved the 80s retrowave set & soundtrack. Heard someone call it Terminator if Rob Zombie directed it in 16mm neon drenched glory w a side of high fidelity thrown in. Dandy was excellent as Tori. Will look out for her other work. Will also seek out more of Begos' features. This was a blast. Yes the ending was a bit long, but felt tongue in cheek like those family guy skits that never end. Strong 7.1 for genre fans.
