This very long and in-depth documentary aims to give its viewers a broad cross-section of how an entire city is run, from discussion on the highest levels over day-to-day decisions down to small community events. It is a rousing success, and manages to show democracy and government at its best, without feeling artificial or white-washed. The 272 minute antidote to 2020.

How beautiful it is to see a city interested in diversity and equality, as hard as it may seem. Dialogue, understanding, empathy are just everything.
