Class Divide

Interesting film because it treats gentrification as an issue, but doesn't just claim it's bad and dust its hands off. No, the doc digs deeper, focuses on both sides, and while it's still not entirely positive about gentrification, we can see how difficult and messy the situation is for all involved.

Nothing you don't already know if you're at least a little bit knowledgeable on the subject. I think trying to play both sides on an issue like this just proves how silly and clueless the people gentrfying the neighborhood are. The most telling thing about this is that little girl who is clearly much more intelligent than her age got denied from the bougie school in the projects despite them putting up a front that they want to be involved in the neighborhood.
