Cohen and Tate

Annoying kid. OK but I didn't expect it to be a road trip film. Adam Baldwin's character was rather shallow and lacked motivation but was a decent terminator. The ending would have been more impactful if our own relationship with Roy Scheider was cultivated better in advance. Rather overdramatic in its action. Fav scene: confrontation with troopers during the roadblock.

Not much to it beside the originality of the idea. The psychological warfare from a 9 years old ends up entertaining however, once you go pass the whining ad bad bickering at the start.

Taking place almost entirely in a car at night, Cohen & Tate is an effect character piece wrapped in a thriller. Roy Scheider gets all the credit with his cold stares and sad desperation. William Baldwin simply serves to get sweaty and become the Terminator but he is harmless fun.
