Cool Runnings

A really fun movie. If people on here honestly give it bad ratings, they're just film snobs or like skewing the system. It's just a nice little family comedy, completely harmless and almost guaranteed to entertain.

If charisma and joy were currency, this film would be an yggdrasil of money trees. Its leads ooze charm and happiness is a natural consequence of its music, story, and delivery. So much fun.

Goofy but harmless. Has some funny parts. That's about it.

A hokey, formulaic, feel-good sports flick that bumbles through slapstick training montages into a "Rocky" climax that manages to conjure a swirl of genuine emotions while making a statement about building personal (and national) pride. It's a great movie for kids.

Cool Runnings, a childhood classic that still amuses me every time I see it. Its a daft film about a daft concept but daft makes me laugh. Very quotable and hilarious characters. Good simple comedy !!
