In the year 2074 the PinWheel corporation creates a 'almost-human' cyborg Casella Reese, aka. Cash designed specifically to charm/seduce her way into a rival manufacturer's headquarters and then self-detonate. Things go awry, when she starts to have feelings for a human Colson Ricks, aka. Colt 45 who works for PinWheel as a martial arts instructor. He falls for Cash as well, and with the help of Mercy, they escape. PinWheel Corp. sends Danny Bench, a 'Cyborg Tracker' after both Colt and Cash. (imdb)

So bad it's good could fit nicely here. The filmmaking is horrendous to the point that it's almost impossible to understand what is going on. But the entertainment value is very high. Horrible effects, awful acting, naked Jolie and ridiculous continuity errors sum up to a pretty good time.

In the year 2074, the Pinwheel company creates a cyborg named Cassandra Reese, who is almost a normal human. It is designed to enter headquarters through seduction, only to explode. However, things go completely wrong when she starts feeling for Colson Ricks, a human. He falls for her too, and with Mercy's help, they escape the company. PinWheel sends Danny Bench after them to kill them.

Challenging to rate because of the "Russian Terminator-factor": the problem that a film deserves a big fat zero due to a complete lack of, say, technical proficiency, or other kinds of terribleness (here, for example, an exceptionally nonsensical script), whereas the hilarity deriving from said deficiencies demands to be praised. It's tempting to reward how much fun it all is but the awful Billy Drago singled-handedly manages to spoil my enthusiasm.

Decent attempt at a futuristic flick for the early 90s. It isn't terribly memorable, but there are certainly a lot worse out there. The first adult role for Jolie shows that she is très jolie ici si vous voyez ce que je veux dire.

Cyborg 2, we are led to believe is a sequel to Pyun's Cyborg. I say this because right at the beginning, a cut scene of the cyborg in the first movie is shown. But quickly we learn that this is only shown because Cyborg 2 didn't have the budget to make low quality cyborg FX. In the first movie, cyborgs were human brains encased in a cybernetic body. In Cyborg 2, cyborgs are robots. Furthermore, in Cyborg, we found a lawless dystopia, yet in Cyborg 2, we find a battle of two mega-corporations.

2021'de #IzlediğimFilmler : 292. Cyborg 2 (1993) İlk izlediğimde "kim bu kız, vovvv" dediğimi çok iyi hatırlıyorum. O zaman ben de dahil kimse tanımıyordu. Angelina Jolie dışında maalesef başka bir özelliği yok filmin :)
