Whoever wrote this has the mental capacity of a 5th grader. Like if whoever wrote this went on the show Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader, they would be one of the 5th graders and not one of the contestants. I liked the production, and I agree the actors aren't at fault here. And I wanted to like this movie too. It's kind of like Home Alone if you think about it, except the character actions, reactions, and motivations make no sense in this.

Channeling ghosts of Eastwood, and Smell Gibson delivering some odorous lines. The writing is beyond atrocious with little to nothing convincing. It has plenty of atmosphere, also excellent music and sound. I don't fault the actors for anything other than accepting these terrible roles and agreeing to deliver those ridiculous lines. The director did a crap job of setting up the story. I really wanted to like it more than I did.

One of the rare roles I didn't want Scott Eastwood to get killed as early as possible. I think it is not the smartest and best movie ever, but the novelty of the gigs in it sort of carried it well along. It made one wonder where things would be next, and then it went there without too many turns. For all the idiocies in the story, at least someone remembered that gold bars are heavy
