Majorly "meh." I saw it for Miranda Otto, but not even she was able to redeem this boredom-fest.

Fun but formulaic movie featuring some good music and a bizarre cast of characters. It needed more deckchair, less Danny, though.

I really liked this movie. It was one of the sweetest, most well acted slacker comdey-romances I've ever seen (in fact I think it's the only one). I saw this movie because of the Mythbusters episode where they recreated the event I own this movie because it is very good. Good date movie.

So much better than I expected. While at first glance it may appear to be a stupid low-budget comedy turned out to be a brilliant, delightfully funny well-written love story. A real charmer with broad appeal. Highly recommended.

Fun, sweet, cute movie. I mean, it's a bit different, and it takes a little to get into it, but it's really sweet and really well acted!

a charming romantic comedy that really does it's job well, it's sweet, funny, cute, everything that you would want in a romantic comedy. the best part of this movie is it's not geared only toward women; that's the kind that i like.

Oh for an air rifle ! Or even a pin on a stick. Not good, not funny, not worth it.

all right, i admit it. just look at my rankings in my criticker profile; i'm a sucker for well weaved naive plots. it's not the most geniusly crafted piece of scripture out there, and it ain't the most mind blowing either, but it's few inspirations like being there of peter sellers and the general feeling of being an australian work into the movie quite well and in the end creates a tale that's quite enjoyable, literally, by all members of a family. good job, and well done.

The premise was pretty good, but the story itself is shaky. I think a lot of that falls on the shoulders of the main character, and that his actions are just as "scheming" as his girlfriend's, if not more in the end. I don't feel like the audience is given sufficient reason to sympathize with the main character. He wants to go camping, but his girlfriend doesn't, so that makes it ok for him to find someone else before even mentioning a break-up to her? Nothing else really stands out to save this
