Dark Rising

Sometimes I hate being a guy. My thought process while watching: "Oh god this is horribl- oh ok now there's two girls making out, maybe I'll give it 10 more minutes. Ugh, no, what a waste of time, I can't do this anym- oh ok, so that top can come off too? Hm, maybe I should give it another chance. Gah, this is about the quality level of a Power Rangers episo- ooh, bouncey." I take no pride in writing this review. I'll be in my Corner of Shame for the next few hours.

Silly Canadian comedy/gore flick kinda like a mix of Xena and Evil Dead. Some dumb people go into the woods with a book of magic and summon a demon, as well as a demon-fighting princess from another dimension. Nothing too special with just enough splatter, comedy and tits to keep it interesting the whole way through. Jay Reso (Christian) from the WWE plays one of the main characters, and he definitely comes from the "pro wrestling" school of acting.

Producer/lead actress Brigitte Kingsley brought to us an dual world fantasy story with a bit of lesbianism, nudity and bondage. The acting and the main plot were terrible bad. There was some almost successful scenes, but mainly it was ridiculous. Brigitte was well build though it did not save the situation. Short bondage parts were okay, though I did not like much of girl on girl sidekick.

A very deep and meaningful film. No way! Let's make this absolutely silly flick that makes fun of many a genre with hot bikini clad chicks and muscular wrestlers. Weeeeee!!

This is like Xena on Gay Pills as if it weren't gay enough already.

kind of charming, actually. in a very nerdy way.
