Dirt-cheap but ambitious eon-spanning horror devolves into dull softcore domination porn, with an insanely protracted rape scene intercut with vampire torture for ten minutes and a fully naked woman getting 35 public lashes in real-time, with repeated inserts of the same writhing footage. I'm sure it's all symbolic of the Bolivian War of Independence
