Like a mumblecore cross of The Crazies and Seacrow Island with a hint of Zabriskie Point; sleepy Swedish holiday resort is accidentally hit by biological weapons, and as the authorities try to figure out any response beyond quarantine, the people trapped inside the perimeter try to figure out what's going on. Lacks some urgency and has one or two clumsy turns, but overall surprisingly effective.
