Released in two episodes ("Der Wildtöter und Chingachgook," "Der Letzte der Mohikaner") and produced in Germany by Luna Film , this retelling of James Fenimore Cooper's famous story starred Emil Mamelok and, as Chingachgook, a very young Bela Lugosi.
