Deli Man

Would have worked better as a 30-minute short than a full-length documentary. There were a few good laughs and a few good food porn shots, but not a whole lot more.

Ziggy makes for an endearing documentary subject, with a great happy ending (hopefully). I noticed many similarities with the immigrant experience of other cultures, so I hope there are similar documentaries for Chinese and Italian food in America. None of the interviews got boring. Plenty of food porn. Fav scene: talking about how Jewish people are unique since they don't have a place to go back to and there aren't any more new immigrants bringing culture from the old country.
