Desert Runners

The race's logistics are not well-explained: who is leading the race, can you run continuously throughout the race or must you stop at the end of each day, are the starting times for each day staggered, why did so-and-so drop out, etc? That aside, Desert Runners does a decent job profiling several of the riders and delving into what motivates this demographic (primarily middle to upper class caucasians with a dash of east asians) to compete in these events. Spectacular scenery as well.
