Unfortunately the most captivating part of this movie is the most difficult to watch. The police searches and missing kids leads you to think your in for a high-octane thriller but unfortunately this turns into a dull courtroom drama. Im sure there is an interesting story to be told but this definitely isnt it. The stars Reece Witherspoon and Colin Firth are wasted in this with little dialogue or interaction.

Such a great story wasted so badly. I wish that Atom Egonyan had not undermined the power of storytelling instead of cinematography.
