Dirty Girl

This film is supposed to be a comedy, but it really is a mystery that posits (yet never seems to answer) the following question: why did William H. Macy agree to be in this?

Juno Temple and Jeremy Dozier both give good performances in this film. The supporting cast is also a lot of fun. The story is interesting, the one complaint is the ending is a little cheesy. Overall I would recommend this film.

Movie about a very cute headstrong teenage girl (Juno Temple) who is randomly paired with a male student (Jeremy Dozier) by her teacher and asked to raise a bag of flour. When her life gets difficult they hit the road. The two develop an unlikely friendship. I liked Milla Jovovich & Mary Steenburgen as mothers, and Tim McGraw as the father. The film manages to remain entertaining to the end, some tender moments, some bad music, and a bit unrealistic at times. Also a somewhat confusing title.

"If it's a man's world God wouldn't have made me." I think I might be a little in love with Juno Temple.

Starts out great but sinks way low.
