Doctor Oswald

It's literally raining pitch forks -- that can happen in a cartoon, you know -- so wet, bedraggled, muddy Elmer the Great Dane leaves his dog house and seeks refuge in Oswald's cottage. Oswald wants him to leave, until the dog begins to sneeze.
