So bad it's good, except it's still not good, but it is enjoyable as a bizarre staged trainwreck. The use of recycled footage from a variety of sources makes for conflicting judgements of intent, because the original footage is (mostly) not intended as comedy, but the editing and juxtaposition in this film certainly is. Sometimes it works because of how it's all put together, but often it's just because of the awkwardness of the original scene. If nothing else it's a unique viewing experience.

The best. I love dogs, I love EIT, and I love The Holy Mountain, but this still exceeds expectations. It has the same oddball depiction of this particularly earnest and unintentionally hilarious culture of the '80s, '90s, and '00s (made even more hilarious with the genius editing), but it's with dogs! These EIT compilation films are some of the most hysterical shit I've seen, and I'd probably kill my own dog to see this in its live setting.
