Dollman vs. Demonic Toys

Neither "Dollman", nor "Demonic Toys" were exemplary or even competent candidates for franchises for Full Moon, but Full Moon is a production company that specializes in mass producing crap for a modest profit. As expected, this is a crossover that leans into brand recognition when there is none to be found, and the result is excruciatingly bad.

It is like quickie, pre-work sex. It's great for five minutes, but it mostly relies on flashbacks to better films featuring space aliens and killer dolls. Except Bad Channels wasn't as good as Dollman, Demonic Toys, or Dollman vs. Demonic Toys. Yep, just like fucking.

Man how bummed would you be if you found out Dollman was having sex with dollwomen in your cutlery drawer.

The idea seemed funny at first but the execution was terrible. I almost fell asleep toward the end

A hatched job from the man himself, Charles Band. Clocks in at less than an hour, with a four minute opening credits and plethora of flash backs to the three movies it spins off of. But once the action starts it's pretty cool and the 1:6 scale sets are rather convincing.

This could easily be remade into a weird TV show but then again I could say that about most of the Full Moon Universe.

To say it is bad would be almost too ironic. The comic book crossover approach doesn't really work as the characters are not iconic or popular enough to justify this decision. Dollman 2 would have been preferable.

So bad it's good!
