There's something in here, somewhere. Maybe those who like horror with despicable characters would like seeing those tropes moved into an action movie. But I just find this tedious even if it is has interesting moments.

Subversion. Nerdy bombers attack for fun. Meet a girl crazier than them. Freaking psycho who tortures mices and throws a cat out of window - she dies the same way. Her bro cop try to find who's behind bombs. But they mess with gang of Viet Vets of weapon smugglers. Sadism, ultraviolence, frantic action and bizzarely creative scenes - a dude being dismembered in a car, final shootout, wacky comedy, burn doe. Ends with of one the 3 free firing at a cemetery as we see images of colonialist violence
