In Lionel Barrymore's 2nd entry in the Dr. Kildare spin-off Dr. Gillespie, he gets three assistants to choose from - Van Johnson, Keye Luke & Richard Quine. I liked that they were all so very different. What I didn't care for, was the special case for the episode. A case of potential marriage. An somewhat odd mental one at that. Didn't grip me, while I found the other pointless aspects entertaining.
