Dracula's Widow

Why does this film exist? Did someone actually think this script was good? Or the actors? Or the director? (Actual line repeated by Van Helsing: "Feel the pain of good on you!") The only thing decent is the cinematography; the scenes are well framed and lit. But there was nothing worth filming. All I can figure is this was drug kingpins laundering their money, because nobody in their right mind would have funded this pile of dung. I mean, they even got the sound of police sirens wrong.
