Dragnet

Dragnet, not the TV-series, but one where Henry Wilcoxon plays a Scotland Yard guy in New York. Alright crime investigation, but with a few too many shortcuts and unfocused B-production to become as fun as it could have been. More than anything, I was focused on Mary Brian, as this was her last gig, A star of the silent cinema, who did alright in the talkie era. Unfortunately, she didn't get too much to do, but whenever she was there her smile lit the screen up.
