Dream for an Insomniac (1996)
A girl with insomnia who works in a coffee house (Ione Skye) has impossibly high standards for her love and fears she will never meet a worthy man. Then in walks a new employee (Mackenzie Astin) and they click - until she discovers he has a girlfriend. Undaunted, she moves to L.A. with a friend (Jennifer Aniston) sure that he will dump the girlfriend and follow her. She puts all her faith in fate and hopes for the best. (imdb)

Just to be clear, this movie is abjectly terrible and really has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. That is of course unless you enjoy watching a shameless parade of Gen X stereotypes and Seymour Cassel doing a goofy Italian accent for no apparent reason, in which case this could almost (but not quite) pass for the guiltiest of guilty pleasures.

Two ditzy fags, a pre-madonna, and Jenifer Aniston sporting a terrible Irish accent. Note, I love Jennifer Aniston, I even have a close friend who's gay, but the Hollywood fag is just ridiculous.
