Eagles Over London

Meh.

Castellari's other "Macaroni Combat" film is surprisingly serious and ambitious: it starts at the front lines and then moves the story to London. The lack of budget is visible in use of miniatures and stock footage. Too bad Castellari hasn't made a war film which would combine the best qualities of this and his later Inglorious Bastards which is more tongue-in-cheek.
