Cool effect and idea but it doesn't need ten minutes, still it is fun enough.

Interesting and impressive stuff but not very entertaining.

Very cool stuff here. While you could spend your time breaking down the technical stuff, the most obvious part of the movie that jumps out is Chomon's enthusiasm. This movie is fun, energetic, and it's obvious how into moviemaking he is. Considering that The Electric Hotel was meant to wow the audiences of its time with its innovations, an appropriate comparison today might be Avatar. What makes Electric Hotel pop so much more is that it came from a place of creativity, not marketing. Superb.

Only as interesting as its one special effect.
