Pretty cheap all over. The sets looked extremely poor. The plot was kind of ridiculous as well. William Boyd during his emotional break-down was almost abysmal. But with all that was bad about Emergency Call (1933), there was some decent involvements from the likes of Wynne Gibson & William Gargan to make up for some of the lack of vision.
