A ton of nude kids and the exact concept you would dream up if you were, shall we say, looking for an excuse to film a ton of nude kids. Call me a prude, but no thanks!

Cynical view of revolutionary politics leaves little to hold onto; the intriguing premise and striking imagery seem to all be in the service of nihilism.

Its images and ideas are horrifyingly beautiful, full of irony and disgust, and as evil as they are perfectly logical (kids are either the Holy Fascist Emperor, naked before an orgy, dressed as Klansman, raping, dragging a corpse through the street to a happy pop song, or quite literally cutting off a chicken's head - you should be able to gauge your appreciation right there). There may be a crucifixion involved with a threesome at some point. Please enjoy your regularly scheduled apocalypse.

Using an Art House meshing of Children of the Corn and The Lord of the Flies to roast current, in the '60s/'70s, world view, and politics to great and disturbing effect. The sad truth and this feels even more timely now in all its disturbing, self-righteous glory.
