On a sunny Mediterranean beach, time comes to a halt as an utterly exhausted black man painfully scrapes himself off the shore's sand. The holiday-makers seem dissatisfied by this imposition on their leisure. Not-to-freely inspired by a photo taken by Juan Medina on the Spanish beach of Gran Tarajal in 2006, Ronny Trocker presents an aesthetically beautiful and fresh vision, without undermining the gravity of its subject-matter.
