Jim Morgan, in cahoots with the Sheriff, hires three wanted gunmen Dog Town Kid, Gibbs, and Pike and makes them Deputies. He wants them to kick the homesteaders off their land. During this period Johnny Mack Brown made a lot of unimpressive and boring B-western standards, and Everyman's Law (1936) also falls in that category. The highlight was almost Brown babysitting. That tells you how bland the rest of this stuff was. I mean, it delivers exactly what every other poverty row westerns does, but in a way one always expect better from Johnny Mack Brown.
