Should have been the best movie in the Universe. I mean, how do you screw up a story about FDR getting polio from a werewolf bite? I mean, that there is worth like 5000 points. -4948 points for taking the "ass" out of badass...or maybe it was the "bad" out of badass.

I dunno how I'm even supposed to rate this. It's so crass and weird and hilariously and brilliantly and deliberately so. That freakin' Southerner.

Hawkins is spot on comparing this to MadTv as it absolutely feels like a compilation of sketches allowed to breath as a feature film. There's highs and lows throughout, but there's also so many gags and jokes that i easily continued watching since for every one that failed there were two more right behind it, and chances were good id find something to laugh at. The werewolves were definitely my favorite as they were totally ridiculous.last 20 mins went flat mostly repeating previous gags

Showing adwolf hitler playing beer pong with a bare-boobed blonde for the whole duration would've made for a far more rewarding experience.

It's not really a problem that this movie is dumb and cheap and childish, but I have issues with the fact that it's boring. Scenes go on for way too long and the main joke 'FDR says some craaazy shit!' gets tiring after 10 minutes.

Honestly, the anecdote about putting a magic hat on a snowman was the funniest thing I've seen in a long time. Yet many other scenes feel like Mad TV reject sketches that are allowed to curse. The actors make the difference here, Barry Bostwick in particular is just irresistibly charming.

This movie is terrible, but it's terrible in the best way. It's offensive, cheap, and audaciously original. It's self-aware of how ridiculous it is, and that's what saves the movie in the end.

It's utterly terrible but done so completely on purpose. Some of the jokes work others just feel like absurd crassness for no reason other than being crass and, as such, fall flat. Even so, it's got some genuinely hilarity because it's just so utterly ridiculous.

Intentionally ridiculous, and it knows exactly what kind of movie it is with no apologies. While it does have some funny bits (I love Werewolf Hitler & Mussolini), it feels like it's trying too hard to be shocking.
