Despite some leaps in character progression from the ending of the first movie that don't make sense entirely, the movie is entertaining and pleasurable. It expandes the universe in a way reminiscend of Mad Max 2.

It doesn't quite reach the heights of its predecessor, both in its script and on a technical level, but I still had a lot of fun and I appreciate its commitment to expanding the franchise's bizarro alternate universe.
