Some interesting points are almost obscured by the host of this thing. Why is it the only humor Libertarians know is sarcasm?

An absolute must see for how it challenges the assertion that saturated fat and cholesterol are inherently bad. Worlds better than the intellectually dishonest Super Size Me. Some won't appreciate Tom Naughton's political stance, but looking past that at the overview of nutritional science reveals this to be a journalistic gem. Having looked over the links given on the documentary's website, Dr. Stephan Guyenet's blog "Whole Health Source" seems really fantastic.

Some pretty good information, but not packaged particularly well.

Its basically a contra documentaion to super size me. He questions the material of it and proves it different, which is a interesting idea, but this comedian is so annoying and unfunny i couldnt watch it to the end. And if he says bologna one more time i f*** him up

This guy makes all the right counter points to Supersize me, but he just drones on and on and it gets really boring really fast.

Overweight, acrimonious comedian turned 'filmmaker' earns himself his sole IMDB credit as he unloads a plethora of admittedly accurate information in spectacularly dull fashion. To give you an idea of how annoying Naughton is, even his wife calls him a moron at a certain point. At least Super Size Me had projectile vomiting; a little projectile vomiting goes a long way.

As a counterpoint to the anti-fast food diatribe of Supersize Me! this is a decent documentary. It bases itself strongly in facts and research, rather than opinions and talking heads like Supersize. Sadly Naughton has all the personality and charisma of a Big Mac patty left in the sun for 3 weeks, and the presentation undermines the wealth of information presented.

Well, to be honest, this counters a lot of the stuff in Super Size Me with force, things that I had either believed to be wrong or things that I knew were wrong simply by taking a statistics course in grad school. Also, this sort of falls into lock step with what I say to vegans and vegetarians all of the time. All in all, it is pretty interesting and I wish he gave more coverage of the second diet he tried at the end there. Very interesting stuff.

Finally a movie that debunks the ridiculous and totally fabricated Super Size me!

Tom Naughton's narration sounds like one of those talking dictionaries. He also has the charisma of a boiled ham. On a purely functional level this is alright and it's very informative. Film wise it's amateur level work but for a documentary done with minimal crew and budget it's what you would expect. It probably would have been a wiser decision to get someone more experienced in film to direct a project like this. Despite its flaws I am compelled to rate this highly on its factual merit.

Honestly, in terms of content and information, this is a 100. As a movie, not so much.

Poor production, but the little little cholesterol with the mustache and top hat was HILARIOUS.

It's not perfect, but it should really help the idiots who think fat is bad and sugar is good

I don't necessarily agree with all of the movie's conclusions (and even those I don't object to, in many cases, present information I can't really do anything with), and the production quality is very amateurish. But, with all that said, I'll take anything that brutally retorts to Morgan Spurlock's godawful, moronic and insanely morally and intellectually simplistic Super Size Me, which, with its 93% on Rotten Tomatoes, I can say without hyperbole might be the most overrated film of all time.
