Ignore the fact that this movie has a pre-pubescent (and as dreamy as ever) Corey Haim in his major motion picture debut. Ignore the fact that we get to see a teenage Sarah Jessica Parker run out of a Jean Machine dressing room in naught but her unmentionables. Ignore the fact that Robert Downey Jr. has yet to add the Jr. to his name. Just remember these 4 words: Teri Garr is a cokehead. Okay, that was 5, with one of them being a compound, but you get my picture. Yeah.

One of the earlier movies showing kids dealing with divorce. It was Corey Haim's first movie role. Solid performances by all and an interesting drama.

A great examination of feelings from the point of view of two brothers in a family from divorce and how abuse will befall you if you let it.
