Vegan/vegetarian propaganda. Spent most of my life eating poultry, fish, veggies, fruit. Transitioned into vegetarian for ~2 years and was the unhealthiest and fattest I've ever been. Had warped nails, hair falling out, and terrible skin. Did a 180 into carnivore and all that cleared up. First time in my life I have a good circadian rhythm and energy to exercise. Certain veggies are ok to eat. Not all cholesterol is bad. Our brains are large because of high fat diets and hunting big game.

This is mostly a re-branding of materials from other sources, but nevertheless a worthwhile documentary. For some this will be a slightly more palatable source of this important message. That a plant based diet is the only real way to health and a better planet. It gets into a few of the details, but barely scratches the surface of any of the actual science behind it. It does show clips from some important people in the plant based movement. Worth watching and moderately entertaining as well.
