The last film Robert N. Bradbury ever directed and surprise, Forbidden Trails wasn't half bad! The third entry in The Rough Riders series, which collected the three veterans Buck Jones, Tim McCoy & Raymond Hatton for a few marshal adventures. Their personalities alone was enough to make sure Bradbury wasn't going to mess this up! And the plot of them fooling the outlaws works alright within it's low budget atmosphere. Most of all, definitely cool to see those washed-up cowboys working together!
