An intersting film without much of an ending.

He is right. They should talk less. The only real weakness of the film was that they had far too much talking about their shallow emotions on camera. Otherwise it is an interesting piece of pop art.

Another interesting premise that fails in creating characters that live up to the strength of its thesis. Starts off with a good hook, limps along aimlessly for a little while, takes some strange turns and ends...well, I can't even remember how it ends. There's something there, there. Just not enough of it.

Visually-aesthetically like having acid dripped on your eyes for 70 minutes (they had to put an ugly filter on the DV cam footage so you'd know the difference), but I found myself pulled along by its rhythms. It's really well cut, and I think I'm even more impressed with the film overall that they were able to provoke any kind of positive emotional response from such asinine characters and low production values, simply through the art of film editing. Now I feel like watching Inland Empire.
