"What do you get when you cross a penis and a potato? A dictator!" Overall this is way better than like 99% of based-on-a-real-serial-killer movies from the past 15-20 years. Which isn't saying much, but still, I liked it okay. Scott Anthony Leet gives a great performance as Bonin, Dusty Sorg is good as his weirdo friend.
