In this one, Toro has a girlfriend, but he promptly loses her. As such, I believe the "Pancho is Toro's bitch" theory still holds up to the facts, as I bet the animators finally caught wind of the "they're fags" giggling about the Tijuana Toads on the local elementary school playground, and created this transparent romance as Toro's beard. After all, if you've seen _Inside Deep Throat_, you know that some guys just have to have "love" where they have all the power and control
