Being a Twin Peaks fan it pleased me to see Michael Parks, and being male it pleased me to see Rebecca Gayheart. Certainly better than the second film, which says more about the second film than this one, because this is still quite bad. Has some surprisingly enjoyable background music, decent action and nice scenery though, so I didn't mind watching it too much despite how bad a film it really is. I found myself actually enjoying it somewhat during the last 30 minutes.

From Dusk Till Dawn 3: The Hangman's Daughter, is the same movie as the first one, with a slight genre tweak, an even lower budget, and a much less talented cast and crew. That could all work in a so-bad-it's-good kind of way, but with the lack of execution at every turn, it becomes dull and uninteresting. There are no moments to make you laugh or get your heartbeat up, no characters to latch onto, and absolutely no reason to watch it. You're better off just watching the first movie again.

I heard that this is supposed to be better than the second one but I really can't see how that is possible.

Actually better than the second. This is in no way an achievement though. The world only needed one of these and in my mind that is all it got. Never again.

Nowhere near as good as the first, but still entertaining.

Excelent conclusion to the original movie. Good plot revealing the origins of everything and a great western atmosphere. Sonia Braga plays a creepy vampire and the whole thing is overall a great B movie with tons of atmosphere.
