The gruesome, gross-out violence hammed up for laughs leaves a terrible taste in the mouth, and unfortunately it's peppered quite consistently throughout. Cliche villains, a completely uninspired plot, and lifeless cameos do little to distract from it. The three leads have decent chemistry and occasionally offer up some laughs (see Joel's not-so-big reveal) but the gross vulgarity of it all just can't be masked (even by Alexxx's satirical final line: "We're never gonna die!").

It definitely has some funny moments but there are so many missed jokes in between it becomes a bit of a chore at times.

Workaholics is a skidmark of a TV show, so it’s no surprise that its three stars would put together a film so similarly base, predictable and humourless. Though Devine has proven himself elsewhere, Holm and Anderson are among the least talented comedy actors the Earth has ever produced, and this painful slog through their Die Hard-esque fantasy labours that point ad nauseam.

Over the duration, the comedy grew, but at its heart it's still just a dumb comedy with insane people doing insane stuff in an insane situation. It passes the time just fine, but don't expect anything special.

None of the jokes are really worth a full laugh. None of the action is ground breaking. It drags on and just gets messier as it goes with both the violence and the story. A disaster of a comedy really. Just avoid it in all honesty. One of the worst Netflix Original titles yet.

I'm really glad these guys made a movie. I just wish it was better.

It fluctuates between dumb funny and just plain dumb. I'm a fan of these guys so I was bound to enjoy it and you will too if you like their comedy generally. But there are a lot of bad gags and some really bad story points.

I couldn't finish this, too cringy and I assume they just couldn't secure the rights to the workaholics name or something. The same guys, doing the same thing, on a much lower level.

Like Workaholics, this will have you laughing like you're watching UNICEF commercials on loop.
