Raw, disjointed and incomplete.

The tone shifts are horrible, but the performances are OK and it's not that bad if you expect it to be a complete disaster. Also, it's an R-rated DRAMA about child rape, so don't be fooled by the horrible marketing and the glossy look of the film.

This movie is a sick mess and Lindsay Lohan was awful. I liked her in Mean Girls, but I think she was phoning it in for this poor excuse for cinema. There was way too much going on, it was like, the bad kind of 2 for 1 movie deal.

Soap opera with Jane Fonda without her dignity.

alright i'll say it: i liked lindsay lohan here. otherwise the movie is junk

Lied, lied about lying, waited for so long to find out only to realize that probably the film would have been better if only there had been no clarification.

"Georgia Rule" starts as a lighthearted comedy, then it slaps you with some serious shit. Unfortunately, it tries to keep the lighthearted pacing and becomes awkward.

Kinda seemed like a movie a daughter would see with her mother. I am niether, and I have balls, so basically the only thing I can get out of this is... Lohan's a babe.

This movie sucks ass. Period

Great acting. You absolutely despise her for the entire start of the film. Shes a nasty rude mean slag. But then you begin to empathise with her and understand her. But as she says’ theres no excuse to act like that’ so really she has no need to be a complete bitch to her family and friends. Just because your good looking doesn’t mean you have a right to be a cunt. And people will not like you and stop being around with you. Of course unless your a materialistic empty soul like instapeople

PSI was right, it was shit.

One of the worst films I've ever seen in the theater.

If I hadn't saw this one for free in the cinema I would have been mad as hell. ... The screenwriting is terrible, the acting (especcialy Lohan) is worthless, the conservative morality is too obvious, the constant question: now who is REALLY guilty? is ridiculous and making a drama-comedy about childabuse is or sick or shows just how awful this film is.
