Gestapo's Last Orgy

A nasty exploitation flick with a way deeper story than I was expecting. The first half hour is all shocking sleaze, then it slows right down and becomes more about the Sub/Dom relationship between Lise and Starker.

In hindsight Ilsa was more than enough to satisfy my curiosity about the Nazisploitation genre. Buchenwald more like Buchenwild am I right fellas?!

Not a total fail as tries to be serious esp first half, also spends its (limited) budget well. Acting is OK mostly. Entertainment value = low due to subject matter NOT how it's made. Definitely lots of skin on view but conditions stop it being erotic IMO. 2 leads did have acting careers according to IMDB, unusual to see such ability in this genre IMO. Disagree with "Genres: War, Horror" as it's fake history - plot NOT the camps - & not scary, more horrible. Watch out for bowdlerised versions.

Not as graphic as some Nazisploitation movies but more disturbing because they try to play it for real instead of romping through. The first half hour is vile with the Nazis portrayed as true sadists. The whole thing could be a Marquis de Sade tale transposed to a prison camp and the result is as unpleasant as that combo suggests. Very hard movie to sit through.
