Give Till It Hurts

The MGM crime reporter introduces Mr. Duncan, the head of a charity chest of a large city. Duncan talks about racketeers who steal from charities, which in essence is robbing those who can't help themselves. He tells of one such story, of a free medical clinic, its chief, Dr. Douglas, who has long worked to help the poor with medical services they could otherwise ill afford. (imdb)
