Good Sam

The mystery surrounding Good Sam boasts an interesting premise and it creates a potentially engaging moral conflict, but the film never capitalizes on these ideas and instead is written in the safest, most predictable way imaginable because the director was clearly scared to utilize dubious morality. This is made worse by the sappy character writing and groan-worthy tropes that end up becoming more insufferable than endearing.
