BAD acting from the minor characters, along with a weak script, strange soundtrack, and overall 90's vibe really hinder what could have been a great story. There are still some good scenes, with Martin Sheen and Michael York pulling their weight and then some. If you're a Martin Sheen fan, check this out. Otherwise, A Hidden Life has some of the same themes but done SO much better.
